  4. First one of the most important things is your diet that you have every week. You have eat fruits every day eat like apple,peach and watermelon. In addition you have to eat vegetables and drink water frequently, it is important to stay hydrated. Also, you need go to sleep early to have more energy all day. Finally do exercise is important, there are different activities that you can do such as running in the park, riding a bike, go to the gym or playing soccer with your friends. All these activities help you exercise your arms and legs.

  6. Acording to American Psychological Association (APA), an adult person needs to rest 8 hours, for next day he can perform different activities. Firts you can't eat a lot of food for dinner, maybe drink milk and bread or a cup of tea.

    Having a healthy lifestyle helps the human being physically and psychologically, that is why the first recommendation to have healthy habits would be to sleep eight hours a day, the second to eat healthy, for example, vegetables, carbohydrates, protein and dairy.
